Developed in partnership with Hardware Association Ireland and SEAI, and delivered by The National Construction Training Campus, Mount Lucas, Retrofit for Sales has been designed specifically for merchant teams. This fully funded, one-day programme combines practical retrofit knowledge with real world sales scenarios, giving participants the confidence to ask the right questions, understand customer needs and recommend appropriate retrofit products and solutions.
The course covers the key principles of home energy upgrades, including insulation, heating systems, ventilation, airtightness and SEAI grant supports, while explaining how these elements work together to improve the energy performance of a home. The emphasis is on practical knowledge that can be applied immediately in-store, helping businesses provide an even higher level of customer service.
