Laydex has announced that it has joined the Salix Group, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth and development.
Founded in 1995, Laydex has grown to become one of Ireland’s leading suppliers of building products and solutions, recognised for its expertise, extensive product range, and commitment to customer service. Joining the Salix Group will support the next phase of Laydex’s growth by expanding its reach, strengthening its product offering, and enhancing service to customers across the region.
The partnership is expected to drive innovation, support market expansion, and further reinforce Laydex’s position as a trusted partner within the hardware industry.
Peter Woods will continue as CEO, alongside Alan Donohoe as Commercial Director and the wider team, ensuring continuity of leadership and a continued focus on delivering value to customers and partners. Together with Martin Hansson, Marcus Ahlstedt, and the wider Salix Group team, the leadership group is aligned on ambitious plans to grow the business and create long-term value for customers, suppliers, and the wider industry.
