International Tool Industries celebrates six years

International Tool Industries (ITI) started out almost six years ago as a new adventure for Monbatt Ltd. The Monaghan based wholesale distribution company of automotive starter batteries were looking to explore a new challenge in the national tool industry, as a wholesale distributor. They made the decision to diversify from their long-established motor parts business, which still achieves unprecedented growth year on year and remains a market leader in its category.

Responding to the growing prominence of electric vehicles (EV’s) globally, the decision to explore new opportunities in the local tool industry as a wholesale distributor demonstrates Monbatt’s adaptability and foresight.

The commitment to protecting the future of the company and its employees by adapting to industry changes was necessary. The emphasis on the development of new relationships while maintaining strong connections with existing customers are essential elements for sustained growth.

The team’s composition, including four knowledgeable sales account managers, a recently appointed brand manager and a business development manager, reflects a strategic and well-rounded approach to managing the company.

Don O’Toole (General Manager) emphasises the significance of the staff as the driving force behind the company’s success, highlighting their determination, enthusiasm, and satisfaction in achieving their ultimate goals.

International Tool Industries are ready to participate in The Hardware Show at the RDS on February 18th and 19th, and the invitation for guests to join them on stand F38, suggests a commitment to engaging with the industry and showcasing ITI’s products and services. There will be interesting show offers over the two days adding an element of excitement and anticipation for attendees. Overall, ITI is on a positive trajectory and The Hardware Show will be an excellent platform for networking and attracting new customers to further establish the company’s presence in the national tool industry.
