Uppercross Enterprises bids fond farewell to Colm Madden

The Uppercross team came together just before Christmas to bid farewell to Colm Madden who retired after an incredible 20 years’ service with the company and also to recognise his outstanding contribution of over 40 years’ service to the Heating & Plumbing Sector.

Speaking about Colm, Niall O’Connor Sales Director said “The service and commitment Colm has given to his customers over the past 40 years is reflected in how highly he is thought of in our industry. On a personal note, I would like to thank Colm for the kindness and support that he has given me since joining Uppercross. Colm is one of life’s true gentlemen.”

Colm pictured here with long service team colleagues who have collectively over 176 years’ service with Uppercross. They were delighted to have Father Christmas himself (aka Roy Moore, Director of Uppercross) join them to wish Colm the very best in this new phase of his life.

Niall Fitzgerald takes over the reins from Colm as the new Area Sales Manager for Leinster. Niall brings with him a wealth of experience as a sales professional. He has worked across various sectors – Logistics, Print Management, Marketing and Distribution, with experience working in business development, strategic planning and customer service. Niall said, “I am looking forward to meeting customers over the coming weeks,” Uppercross wish Niall the very best in his new role.
