Partly, this is due to increased demand for power from all sectors on the back of steady price reductions up to February this year, but realistically energy supply and demand seems to have a relatively good balance at present.
The main impetus for a halt in price reductions is more to do with the potential of disruptions to the supply from geo-political tensions as well as possible infrastructural impacts.
