The Hardware Journal is the official magazine of Hardware Association Ireland (HAI). It is published bi-monthly and is circulated to HAI members and to the industry at large within Ireland. It is a dedicated communication and information forum — available in print and online — designed to reflect the array of services provided by the Association, and also to deliver additional news, information and advice.
News and new product information comprise a very important strand of the editorial content. However, the main thrust is ‘independent’ editorial featuring informative articles dealing with topical items such as market trends, market intelligence, retailing, distribution and supply chain matters, online and social media, employment legislation, financial management and policy matters.
The Hardware Journal is mailed directly to over 1700 addresses – HAI members, in addition to senior purchasing managers, decision makers and owner-managers, across the entire industry. Multiple copies will also be available in selected trade counter outlets.
Features that appear include store profiles, supplier profiles, interviews with leading industry figures, industry news and product launches and Business Support columns in keeping with HAI’s member service offers. Topics covered span a wide range of hardware products including: Building Supplies, Safety & Security, Hand, Power and Trade Tools, Fasteners & Adhesives and many more.
